Hourly Rate: $80 per hour 

  • Description: Ideal for software troubleshooting, program installation, updates, and resolving common issues like error messages, slow computers, and email problems. This rate includes a minimum charge of one hour, with subsequent time billed in 15-minute increments. 

Monthly Retainer Plans 

Basic Plan: $200 per month 

  • Includes: Up to 3 hours of remote support, priority response times, and a 10% discount on additional hours. 

Standard Plan: $350 per month 

  • Includes: Up to 6 hours of remote support, priority response times, a 15% discount on additional hours, and quarterly system health checks.
